Lytbub Technologies LLC ("Lytbub," "we," "us"), an Arizona limited liability company operating publicly as Lytbub Studios, respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

1. Information We Collect

• Information you provide: name, business name, email, phone, and details you submit through our forms, proposals, contracts, or correspondence.
• Billing information: processed and stored by our payment processor, Stripe, Inc. We do not store full card numbers.
• Usage data: basic, privacy-respecting analytics about how our sites are used (e.g., pages viewed), to improve our services.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide, schedule, and deliver consulting and implementation services.
• To send proposals, contracts, invoices, receipts, and service communications.
• To respond to inquiries and provide support.
• To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — for example: Stripe (payments), Supabase (data hosting), Resend (transactional email), Anthropic (AI processing of business operations), Twilio (text message delivery), and our cloud hosting provider — each under their own terms, and only as needed to deliver our services. We may also disclose information where required by law.

4. AI Processing

We use AI tools to help operate our business (e.g., drafting communications and organizing engagement information). AI outputs are reviewed by a human before any binding commitment, quote, or client-facing decision is made.

5. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping requirements, then delete or anonymize it.

6. Security

We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and limit access to it.

7. Your Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing admin@lytbub.com, subject to legal retention obligations. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.

8. Text Messaging (SMS)

If you provide your mobile number and give consent, we may send you text messages about your project, account, appointments, and invoices. Message frequency varies with your account activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Mobile phone numbers collected for SMS are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are shared only with our messaging provider (Twilio) strictly to deliver the messages you requested, and with no one else for any other purpose.

You opt in by entering your number and checking the consent box on one of our forms, or by texting START to our number. Consent is never a condition of purchasing any product or service. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance — you may also email admin@lytbub.com to be removed. We retain a record of when and how you opted in so we can honor and demonstrate it.

9. Children

Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes

We may update this policy; the effective date above reflects the latest version.
