Terms of Service

Lytbub Technologies LLC · Effective June 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern services provided by Lytbub Technologies LLC, an Arizona limited liability company ("Lytbub," "we," "us"), operating publicly under the marketing brand Lytbub Studios. By engaging our services you ("Client") agree to these Terms and to the specific Service Agreement executed for your engagement, which controls in the event of any conflict.

1. Services

Lytbub provides business management consulting and, where the Client elects, optional in-house technical implementation (websites, applications, integrations, brand, and creative production). The specific scope, deliverables, and fees for each engagement are defined in a written proposal or Service Agreement.

2. Fees & Payment

• Fees, deposits, and any recurring retainer amounts are set out in the applicable Service Agreement and are billed in United States Dollars (USD).
• Project work typically requires a deposit before work begins, with the balance due on delivery or per the agreed schedule.
• Recurring retainers are billed monthly and continue until cancelled per Section 5.
• Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc.; we do not store cardholder data.

3. Discovery Sessions

A paid Discovery Session is a 30-minute consultation resulting in a written summary of recommendations. Where offered, the session fee may be credited toward work commenced within the stated window.

4. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to provide timely access, materials, approvals, and information reasonably required to perform the services, and warrants it holds the rights to any content it supplies.

5. Retainers, Cancellation & Notice

• Recurring retainers renew each calendar month and continue until cancelled with at least 14 days' written notice to billing@lytbub.com.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing cycle; the Client retains service through the period already paid.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, final deliverables created specifically for the Client are assigned to the Client, excluding Lytbub's pre-existing and general-purpose components, frameworks, and tools, which Lytbub retains and may reuse. Lytbub may reference the engagement in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other's non-public information disclosed in connection with the engagement and use it only to perform under the agreement.

8. Refunds & Cancellation

• Discovery Sessions, audits, and consultations are non-refundable once delivered.
• Project deposits are non-refundable once work has started.
• Retainer fees are non-refundable for the month they cover; cancellation is effective at the end of the current cycle (Section 5).

9. Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Services are provided on a commercially reasonable, "as-is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lytbub's total liability arising out of the engagement is limited to the fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes apply to engagements entered after the effective date of the update.
